One Lovely Blog Award

I am new to blogging and I am honored to receive and accept the One Lovely Blog Award from The Chef and The Lucky Wife , authors of the blog, The Saturday Evening Pot. Please visit their blog for some amazing recipes. There are so many wonderful recipes I have a hard time to decide what I want to cook first!

They said, Toqua's Crafts - Check out her pine needle baskets!  They remind me of the sweetgrass baskets in Charleston, SC.  Love the How to Make a Dollhouse out of Drawers post, too.  Adorable.”

Rules for accepting the award:
1. Post linking back to the person that gave you the award
2. Share 7 random things about yourself
3. Award 15 recently discovered blogs
4. Drop them a note and tell them about it.

7 Random Things About Me:
  1. I am the 5th of 6 kids; 4 of which are boys
  2. I have a pet peeve; when people say Nev-ah-da instead of Nevada; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oXNKQW7QQFc&feature=related
  3. I took my first trip outside of the United States last year when my husband and I went to Australia
  4. I have been crafting since I was able to sew my own Barbie Doll clothes
  5. I put a sewing machine needle through my thumb once
