Beading Brooks Update 2

I was asked the other day how many beads will I be using with this project.  I took a guess and said 5000, well... I was wrong.  The program I use gives me totals for each color, last night I added up each color and came up with a total of 8940 beads.

This is with row 14 just barely started. Pin It Now!

  3. Caren, it will take awhile! Each row takes 1 - 1 1/2 hrs and there are 73 rows! (Yes, I love my hubby. Yes, he is VERY appreciative. Yes, I am a might bit crazy! LOL)

I am also painting the outside of our house so I do not always feel like beading so I don't work on it daily.

I use BeadTool4. I have many patterns that I created by drawing them out by hand. BeadTool4 is GREAT! The creator has video instructions on how to use it and is always available via email to help if that isn't enough, or if you simply cannot find it.

Thank you for popping back in!

  5. Hi there! Just wanted to say thanks so much for stopping by my blog during comment hour. We live 2.5-3 hours away from the closest Ikea too. And yeah, my husband is probably really happy about that. :) Your work looks so intricate, wow, I don't think I would have the patience, but I think you're amazing for doing it. Thanks again.
